Our company was founded on the idea that work doesn’t have to be something you avoid. Our co-founders, after leaving a particularly demanding and stressful agency, looked to design a company where employees felt supported and empowered to do their best work and be their best selves. Today, almost 15 years later, we’re a diverse team of 50+ big personalities. We believe adamantly that you shouldn’t have to change yourself when you come to work every day. The weirder, the more unique, the more diverse – the better.

We’ve always been strong believers in the value of “training our own” – of hiring people who are not necessarily experts in our field and guiding them from the start. Instead of focusing on seasoned professionals, we put our time, money, and effort behind new minds with fresh ideas.
