If you had one extra hour of free time a day, how would you use it?
I’d spend it learning to cook dishes from different cultures. Exploring new cuisines is a great way to connect with people and stories from around the world.

Who is someone you especially admire and why?
My sister, Julia. She’s a defense attorney in Virginia and has spent much of her career working with nonprofits to combat human trafficking in places like Thailand. On top of that, she earned her black belt and has always been a constant source of strength and support for me. She’s someone I truly admire—resilient, compassionate, and always there when it counts.
