What quote speaks to you most/makes you laugh?
There is a quote called, “The Man in the Arena” by Theodore Roosevelt. I’ve been extremely competitive since I was a little girl and this quote talks about how no critic’s words matter except for the people that were in the battle arena with you. I’ve taken this with me through my sports career and into my professional life. Anyone who has been a leader in a startup knows this: “who at the best knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly.”

Describe one of the most meaningful experiences in your life.
Receiving a full-ride scholarship to play soccer in college was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life and will always be. My dream from the time I was four years old was to play college soccer and to have that dream come true was incredible. Also, to know how proud my parents were made it even more special. Not only did I accomplish a huge dream, but the best friends in my life come from that experience.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
To sing! I think it’s the only thing I ever did more than play a sport and I am awful at it.

What do you want to be remembered for?
I want to be remembered for being passionate, working hard and being a kind person. The world needs more kindness.
