What book changed the way you see and understand the world?
The Sun My Heart written by Thich Nhat Hanh, is a book I turn to time and time again when I’m in need of a gentle reminder to stay grounded in the present moment. It’s a collection of observations and discoveries about impermanence, mindfulness, and interconnectedness of all things in the universe. Every time I pick it up, I’m reminded that I wouldn’t be here in this moment, if all the circumstances in the universe weren’t aligned with my existence.
