This month we launched our newest batch of kick a$$ recruiters into a 90 day training program that will equip them with the tools they need to succeed. We have loved getting to know them these past few weeks and couldn’t be happier to have them aboard. Without further ado…here they are!

Allison Schreib, San Diego

Prior to joining PROVEN, Allison spent a year working as an analytical chemist at an environmental laboratory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Toxicology from Pennsylvania State University. Allison is new to the staffing industry, but with a strong work ethic and passion for connecting with people, she will make a great addition to the team. Eric Stoner, San Diego

Eric has achieved a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University with a concentration in Public Policy and Public Administration.  Eric has 8 years of managerial experience, overseeing employees in the political, restaurant, and telecommunication sectors.  At his prior employment, he was ranked second in a Fortune 500 telecommunications company against his peers in California, Nevada and Hawaii.  In his free time Eric enjoys remodeling homes and taking his dog out to Dog Beach. Daniel Childs, San Diego

Daniel is currently a student at the University of California San Diego and will be graduating in June of 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Business.  Growing up in Lancaster, CA Daniel was happy to move to San Diego to attend university and enjoy the beautiful weather. Daniel joined PROVEN because he is eager to gain some hands-on experience in business development in the staffing industry.  He is a part time intern for the winter and spring quarters of the 2013/2014 academic school year. Jonathan “JD” Albert, San Diego

Jonathan, a native of San Diego, received secondary schooling at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  Jonathan spends his free time either hiking several of Southern California’s storied trails or hitting the numerous links that Sunny San Diego has to offer.  Although he is new to the staffing industry, Jonathan has had no shortage of experience when it comes to hard work, dedication, and building relationships. Sierra Flores, San Diego

Sierra is currently finishing her final quarter at the University of California, San Diego earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. A San Diego native, born and raised, she enjoys the outdoors and hot yoga. Prior to joining PROVEN, she was a sales and recruiting manager for 5 years at Vector Marketing. Alex Martin, Los Angeles

Alex is new to Los Angeles having grown up in Michigan and lived in Chicago for the past two years.  His bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Studies has given him a unique perspective on different cultures and has helped him build a passion for interacting with people of all walks of life.  He has spent the last two years putting this passion to use in sourcing and recruiting candidates at an Recruitment Process Outsourcing company in Chicago and one of Los Angeles’ local staffing firms.  Alex is new to the PROVEN team and is extremely excited for all the opportunities he will have to place highly qualified candidates in their dream jobs. Brandon Henderson, Los Angeles 

A 6-year United States Navy veteran, Brandon graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  After graduating from UNLV, Brandon moved to Los Angeles where he then received his law degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.  In all of his professional endeavors prior to joining the PROVEN team – from his tenure in the military, to his career in labor law with the National Labor Relations Board, and most recently as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual – Brandon’s greatest satisfaction has come in helping others define and achieve their personal and professional goals.  Brandon is excited to utilize his passion for helping others in order to develop impactful business relationships with his clients. Danielle Robichaud, San Jose

Danielle has seven years of combined experience in recruitment. Prior to PROVEN, she spent four years recruiting highly skilled candidates to work with special needs children in Los Angeles. Danielle has built and maintained deep relationships with clients and customers and she is excited to recruit for the sophisticated clients at PROVEN.
