Charity Golf Tournament Benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project
We are excited to announce PROVEN’s upcoming Second Annual Golf Tournament Benefiting Wounded Warrior Project. Join us on Monday, February 3, 2014, at the beautiful Riverwalk Golf Club in San Diego, California. Golfers of all skill levels are invited to enjoy this 4-player scramble tournament with contests, prizes, and a BBQ lunch. All proceeds will be donated to the Warriors to Work Program within the Wounded Warrior Project.
Last year’s inaugural tournament raised more than $5000 for Warriors to Work, a program within the Wounded Warrior Project dedicated to helping wounded veterans transition back into the workforce. This year we’re aiming to exceed that number and have expanded the Tournament entry to include a number of corporate sponsorship opportunities such as ‘Sponsor a Warrior’ and ‘Sponsor a Hole.’
Whether you participate as an individual, a foursome, or a corporate sponsor, 100% of the proceeds from your generous contribution will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project. Plus, Monday, February 3 is the day after the Super Bowl. Take the day to join our scramble for the troops!

About Warriors to Work:
The Warriors to Work program helps Wounded Warriors transition back into the civilian workforce by providing career counseling services and job placement assistance. I was inspired to organize this golf tournament in support of a few friends who are suffering physical, mental, and emotional damages after returning home from Afghanistan. We owe so much to the young men and women who protect our freedom every day, and WWP provides them with individual counseling, resume assistance, and career guidance, so that their skills and experience is matched to hiring employers’ needs.
PROVEN is deeply committed to supporting employee-driven social causes and will match the dollar value of each registration. Together we can help to assist our courageous troops as they return to their lives back home.
