Accounting Admin (Onsite – Fort Worth, TX):
We are a well-established manufacturing company based in Fort Worth, Texas. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality products and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Trucking Reports (1/3 of role): Manage over-the-road trucking reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations. This includes tracking driver hours, truck weights, and load data. Accuracy is critical to avoid fines, so attention to detail is key.
  • Oil Reclamations & Shipping Reports (1/3 of role): Process reports for oil reclamation and shipping operations, tracking data such as weight, shifts, and truck loads. You will enter this data into the system to ensure proper reporting.
  • Clerical Support (1/3 of role): Provide administrative support to the sales and accounting teams. Tasks may include moving numbers on invoices, assisting with data entry, and general clerical duties. No prior accounting knowledge is required, but there is room for growth into more advanced roles.

Who You Are:

  • Must be bilingual – Spanish/English 
  • A detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and contribute. We are open to candidates of all ages and backgrounds, whether you’re starting out or looking for a fresh opportunity.
  • A fast learner who is comfortable working with Excel (or willing to learn) and ready to handle various administrative tasks.
  • Reliable and dedicated to showing up five days a week and becoming an integral part of the team.

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $45,000 – $55,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
