Accounting Analyst V / Senior Financial Analyst (Contract)
Houston, TX (Hybrid: Mon–Th onsite | Fri remote)
9-Month Contract | Extension Possible
Pay Rate: $30-35/hour

We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst / Accounting Analyst to support a strategic planning team within a fast-paced Data & AI organization. This is a hands-on role focused on financial reporting, forecasting, and SAP-based analysis supporting key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting

• GL support, journal entries, accruals & reconciliations

• SAP reporting and data analysis in Excel & Power BI

• Variance analysis and cost center planning

• Partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership

Qualifications:

• 6–10+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience

• Strong Excel skills required

• Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred

• Finance or Accounting degree strongly preferred

• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
