Accounting Clerk

AP Temp/Accounting Clerk – Corona, CA – Onsite – $25-$26/hour
Looking for a short-term accounting opportunity where you can make an immediate impact? Join a growing construction engineering organization that needs support on a time-sensitive sales tax project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, data entry, and working with invoices in a fast-paced office environment.
Who you are:

• Experience with Excel and accurate data entry.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented administrative and accounting tasks.
• Able to work onsite in Corona, CA and start ASAP.

What you’ll do:

• Review vendor invoices from January through July and document sales tax information in Excel.
• Research invoices within internal systems and accurately record vendor details, invoice numbers, and dollar amounts.
• Assist with sales tax tracking, identifying taxable transactions, and supporting refund documentation processes.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $25-$26 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
