Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager – Public Company (FULLY REMOTE!)
Our client, a growing publicly traded company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the team. We're looking for someone who has a strong public accounting foundation and experience working for public companies, preferably in the consumer goods.
 
Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4-9 years of overall accounting experience (including experience working for a large public accounting firm).
• Strong understanding of General Ledger Accounting.
• Well-versed in ASC 606.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or SAP preferred.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX) . 

What You’ll Do:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Maintaining the general ledger system.
• Perform and review daily operational revenue transactions and processes.
• Work closely with external auditors.
• Work closely with staff members and serve as a trusted resource.
• Be part of ad hoc projects.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $105,000 to $130,000 annualized base compensation. There is a cash bonus and RSUs on top of the base salary. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
