Accounting Manager-

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise accountants 
  • Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the month end close process including journal entries and reconciliations of all general ledger accounts
  • Monitoring pertinent information used in building and analyzing future business plans and forecasts
  • Work cross-functionally with the Finance team monthly to perform variance analysis and develop future forecasts
  • Maintain and prepare accounting policies and procedures and ensure the department is in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Perform trial balance and variance analysis
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with board members and internal team members
  • ERP software system experience required
  • Experience with a national accounting firm desirable

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 per year DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
