Accounting Manager

Our client is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager with a strong operational mindset and technical accounting skillset. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role during a period of transformation and growth.

What you'll do:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with US GAAP

• Manage SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606

• Drive ERP implementation and system upgrades—leading transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite 

• Support M&A activities: purchase accounting, due diligence, and integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across FP&A, Legal, and Ops to ensure audit readiness and scalable processes

• Help build a best-in-class accounting function within a lean, high-performing team

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in PE-backed SaaS (must-have)

• Strong understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SaaS revenue models

• Experienced in ERP/system implementations and process automation

• Hands-on M&A accounting experience, including post-acquisition integration

• A proactive team player with a growth mindset and strong ownership mentality

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
