Who You Are:

• Experience with project-based accounting, including revenue tracking and cost analysis
• Background in accounting within complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership
• Comfort stepping into evolving processes and helping implement structure

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee key accounting functions related to project tracking, reporting, and financial accuracy
• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with established guidelines
• Support month-end close activities and assist with audit readiness
• Partner closely with leadership to improve workflows and reporting visibility
• Provide oversight to transactional accounting functions, with potential for team leadership
• Assist in system transitions and process improvements as needed
