Who you are:

• Bachelors in Accounting
• CPA highly preferred
• 4+ years’ audit experience or 5+ years audit/industry experience
• Experience working with privately held oil & gas companies
• Management experience preferred

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the month-end close process, including preparing/reviewing journal entries, reconciliations and preparing the internal management reporting package.
• Research, prepare memorandums and advise leadership on technical accounting guidance.
• Annual budget preparation
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
