Accounting Manager of Shared Services: 
Looking to put your management skills to the test? One of DFW’s fastest-growing companies is seeking a competent, reliable Manager to oversee its Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team. This role offers the opportunity to build upon the foundation you’ve already laid in your accounting career and utilize your ability to implement process improvements. What you’ll do:

  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle AP.
  • Perform monthly and yearly closing processes.
  • Ensures all vendors are paid per contractual terms and that inquiries and payment issues are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Effectively execute day-to-day collections activities by identifying, resolving, and mitigating account/payment delinquencies in a timely manner.
  • Frequently analyze and report on outstanding receivables, including significantly past due accounts.
  • Oversee the cash application team and assist with problem payments, cash application procedure questions, system and access issues.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accounting experience.
  • 5+ years of AP/AR experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisor experience.
  • Experience with an ERP system.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and implement change and process improvement.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 per year DOE. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
