Financial Controls and Reporting Analyst – Houston, TX 

Are you looking to broaden your experience in consolidations, international accounting, and multi-entity reporting? Join our client, a rapidly growing maritime and logistics services organization expanding across North America and Central America. You’ll work directly with a transparent, direct, growth oriented leader and gain hands-on exposure to complex consolidations and acquisitions.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; IFRS experience highly preferred.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA is preferred.
• Experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, or international entities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong Excel and ERP/reporting tools skills.

What you’ll do:

• Manage consolidations, financial reporting, and intercompany accounting across multiple subsidiaries.
• Lead month-end close for holding companies, including JEs, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing reporting packages and documentation.
• Assist with forecasting, variance analysis, and operational reporting needs.
• Contribute to acquisition-related accounting, including purchase accounting support.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $80,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
