Who you are:

  • 6-8 years of accounting, finance, audit, or related experience; CPA and Big4/nat'l CPA firm experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and operational processes.
  • Experience leading projects, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Effective communicator who can influence stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with accounting, finance, and business teams to support key operational initiatives.
  • Oversee critical accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Drive process improvements, automation efforts, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support business growth by helping design scalable accounting and finance solutions.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
  • The expected range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
