What you’ll do:

• Reconciling accounts with corresponding statements
• Must know pivot tables and VLOOKups in Excel 
• Heavy AP research and reissuing payments
• Review and verify invoices and check requests
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

Who you are:

• 4+ year of experience with Accounts Payable process
• Experience with software JDE preferred, but not required 
• Must have Excel knowledge – pivot tables and VLOOKups

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $24.0 to $32.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
