Accounts Receivable Specialist

HOA Accounts Receivable Specialist | Onsite | Carlsbad, CA

Onsite AR opportunity supporting HOA accounting during a maternity leave, with potential to extend. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys customer interaction and hands-on accounts receivable work.

What You’ll Do:

• Issue monthly HOA assessments and invoices

• Post payments (checks, ACH, online)

• Reconcile AR accounts and manage aging

• Follow up on past-due accounts

• Respond to homeowner and board inquiries

• Support month-end close and new client setup

What We’re Looking For:

• AR or accounting experience

• Strong Excel and system skills

• HOA experience a plus

• Professional, reliable, customer-service focused

Details:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

• 100% onsite in Carlsbad

• 2 rounds of virtual interviews

• ~$25+/hour depending on experience
