Who you are:

  • You’re someone who loves understanding how great products sound, feel, and perform. You enjoy being hands-on in the lab, solving complex audio challenges, and using data to help create the best possible user experience.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in audio hardware testing, acoustic measurements, and validating real-world product performance.
  • You have hands-on experience with industry-leading audio tools such as HATS, measurement microphones, Audio Precision, Head Acoustics ACQUA, SoundCheck, or similar platforms.
  • You’re detail-oriented, curious, and enjoy turning measurement data into meaningful insights through strong analysis, documentation, and communication.
  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, automation, or an interest in hearing science and psychoacoustics is a plus — especially if you’re excited about pushing the future of audio technology forward.

 
 
What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be hands-on in bringing the next generation of audio experiences to life — testing, validating, and improving the performance of innovative consumer technology.
  • You’ll perform advanced acoustic measurements including frequency response, distortion, impedance, speech quality, and overall audio performance.
  • You’ll work in world-class lab environments using tools like HATS systems, DSP platforms, measurement microphones, and acoustic chambers to evaluate new technologies.
  • You’ll develop test methods, analyze measurement data, and turn results into insights that directly influence product design and user experience.
  • You’ll collaborate with talented engineers across acoustics, hardware, software, and UX to help transform early concepts into products people use every day.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $125,000–$175,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
