AI Lead with Healthcare

AI Lead – $160-200K DOE + discretionary bonus – remote with ability to go in from time to time in Boston, MA, Austin, TX or San Jose, CA

Who you are:

• Hands-on with AI Software Engineering – Mastery of algorithms, methodologies, tooling, software patterns, and life cycle management across various fields of AI including inference.

engines, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing and generative AI.

• Track record of hands-on delivery of large scale, complex software systems. Ability to build and inspire high performance teams. Demonstrated servant leadership is imperative.
• Expertise with AWS IoT Core and AWS IoT Device Shadow
• Familiarity with MDD/MDR,
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA DC etc. 
• Background with Healthcare or desire to work in a mission driven healthcare environment.

What you’ll do:

• Build and inspire a team of AI professionals to rewire the economics and enable the consistent delivery of best-in-class health outcomes.
• Unlock insights from data through machine learning, computer vision, genAI, predictive analytics, data visualization, and cross-functional partnerships. Pioneer new ways to apply AI that transform personalized therapy, inform clinical best practices, enhance product development, and drive breakthroughs in wound healing.
• Ensure that the documentation meets or exceeds CMS medical necessity standards 98% of the time.
• Design and deliver Program Economics AI that will predict episodic utilization for a covered population.
• Design and deliver Patient Monitoring AI that processes signals received from remote devices, third party EMRs and patient self-reporting and converts them into actionable alerts and corresponding interventions.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $15000-175000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus and annual merit review. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. Complete benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
