AP Accountant

We're partnering with a growing SaaS company to bring on a Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable. This fully remote role will own full-cycle AP within a direct, high-accountability team that genuinely invests in coaching and development. What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle AP — invoice processing, coding, approvals, and weekly payment runs (ACH, check, wire)
• Process credit card transactions, including high-volume recurring charges
• Manage employee expense reporting, matching expense reports with receipts, policies, and credit card documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements, maintain the AP subledger, and prepare AP accruals for month-end close
• Assist with systems implementation as the company plans to roll out an AP automation tool

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting
• 2-4+ years of AP experience with a solid understanding of accrual accounting
• AI automation exposure/experience
• Comfortable with high-volume invoice processing
• Not afraid of change: someone who is innovative, ready to take ownership and help make processes more efficient

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $75,000 to $78,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
