Accounts Payable Manager | $55–65/hr | Contract | Onsite, San Diego, CA

Who You Are:

• 5–8 years of progressive accounts payable experience, including senior?level ownership or people leadership
• Comfort navigating AP systems, expense tools, and procurement platforms (ERP and T&E systems)
• Background supporting vendor compliance, tax documentation, and reporting requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice review, approvals, and payment execution
• Lead and support AP staff while maintaining hands-on involvement in escalations and high-risk items
• Review payment runs, monitor aging, and support cash disbursement accuracy
• Support tax related reviews and annual reporting in partnership with accounting leadership
