AP Specialist (Onsite – Downtown Dallas):

What You’ll Do:
- Invoice Support & Troubleshooting: Assist internal employees with invoice-related inquiries, guiding them through our recently implemented system Coupa. Address questions about invoice status, payment schedules, and general system navigation.
- Vendor Onboarding & Maintenance: Contact vendors who have not completed their online setup and ensure they submit the necessary banking details for timely payments. Resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining payment processes and improving system usage. Help internal users and vendors adopt best practices, enhancing overall efficiency.
- General AP Duties: Handle full cycle accounts payable tasks as needed, including invoice entry, coding, and assisting with reconciliations. Proactively troubleshoot issues and reverse transactions when necessary.
Who You Are:
- Experience: At least 4+ years of full cycle AP experience in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with a major ERP system is required; experience with Coupa is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
- Communication & Patience: Strong communication skills to guide non-technical team members and vendors through the system. Patience and a customer-service mindset are crucial, as you’ll assist users with varying levels of technical comfort.
- Proactive & Independent: A quick learner who can work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to find answers and solve problems as they arise.

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected pay range for this role is $60,000 – $65,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
