AP Specialist

AP Specialist – Contract – $30-40/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices and manage vendors
• Assist with reconciliations and journal entries as needed 
• Manage the AP inbox and handle expense reports

Who You Are:

• Experience: At least 4+ years of full cycle AP experience in a professional setting.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with a major ERP system is required; ideally NetSuite or Oracle
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a 'hands-off' environment

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected pay range for this role is $30.00 – $40.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
