AP Specialist

AP Specialist – Sorrento Valley (Onsite) – $24–28/hour
Are you an Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Join an innovative biotech organization in the Sorrento Valley area that needs immediate AP support and values hands-on system experience and accuracy.
Who you are:

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role processing ~50–100 manual invoices per week
• Familiarity with AP systems such as Coupa, Jaggaer, Workday, or similar procurement/AP platforms
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work onsite and hit the ground running

What you’ll do:

• Process, code, and enter high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform standard AP functions including vendor setup/maintenance, invoice matching, and issue resolution
• Support AP operations using procurement and finance systems (training on internal tools provided as needed)

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $24–28 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
