AR Clerk – Santa Ana, CA (Onsite) – $28–$32 per hour

Are you an Accounts Receivable professional with school billing experience who enjoys working directly with families? This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to join an established, mission-driven educational organization where you’ll play a key role in tuition collections and student billing operations.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, ideally within a school or education environment
• Experience with FACTS and student billing systems; familiarity with Blackbaud is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Comfortable communicating with families regarding past-due or outstanding balances

What you’ll do:

• Collect tuition payments and follow up with families on past-due or outstanding balances
• Enter and reconcile payments, including manual payments, in Blackbaud
• Work within FACTS for student billing, applications, and account management
• Perform account reconciliations and support the finance team with AR-related tasks

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $28–$32 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
