AR Manager

AR Lead/Manager (Contract) – San Diego, CA (onsite 92128) – $55–$65/hour
Looking for a fast-moving AR contract where you can step in and make an immediate impact? This opportunity is with a growing, operationally focused company that needs a reliable, experienced AR professional to bring structure, consistency, and ownership to their collections process.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable Lead/Manager experience, with strong collections and invoice matching skills
• Highly organized and proactive, able to manage follow-ups and keep AR processes structured
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and showing up consistently to drive results

What you’ll do:

• Manage AR operations including collections outreach, payment follow-ups, and invoice reconciliation
• Bring structure and organization to the AR process, ensuring consistent tracking and communication
• Partner with accounting leadership to provide updates and maintain accurate records

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $55–$65 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
