Assistant Controller: Onsite

What you’ll do:

• Spearhead system upgrade
• Supervise a growing team which includes two staff currently 
• Maintain accounting database 
• Financial Reporting to the parent company and investor board 
• Oversee Invoicing and Billing 

Who you are:

• 5+ years experience of progressive accounting experience 
• Someone with the appetite for high growth environments
• Experienced in the Property Management Industry 
• Prior Management experience

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 per year DOE plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
