Assistant Controller

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA is required 
• 7+ years of experience in accounting with a strong background in month-end close
• Previous experience in public accounting (Big4/Top10)
• Proven experience managing a team, with the ability to mentor and develop staff 
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvements

What You'll Do:

• Overseeing all the consolidations for the international subsidiaries
• Overseeing the AR function (manage cash collections, manage rebate program, AR board slide)
• Oversee Payroll function
• Review month-end financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
• Provide support in preparing technical accounting memos, documentation, and assisting with the audit process.
• Support cash flow forecasting

Compensation Details

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is up to $150k annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience
