Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of accounting experience; prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills with experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules while ensuring timely and accurate month-end close processes.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to management to support budget and operational goals.
  • Lead and develop accounting staff through training, coaching, performance management, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, support audits, assist with budgeting, and drive automation initiatives.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
