Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in a broadcast, media, or scheduling?focused operations environment
• Experience working with scheduling, traffic, or log management systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear communicator with a professional, collaborative working style

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update scheduling data, channel information, and program details within internal systems
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across weekly, quarterly, and episodic schedules
• Partner with internal teams to collect required information and resolve scheduling discrepancies
• Investigate and troubleshoot data or scheduling issues, escalating when appropriate
• Support compliance and documentation standards while handling sensitive information
