Business Analyst:

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting (40%): Interpret operational data, identify trends, and refine existing rules and alerts. Provide clear, actionable insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Dashboard & Process Enhancement (30%): Develop and maintain visual dashboards to support business reviews. Work closely with client-facing teams to ensure relevant metrics are tracked and effectively communicated.
  • Strategic Projects & Research (20%): Dedicate a portion of your weekly schedule to explore emerging trends, model new use cases, and pitch improvements to leadership.
  • Client & Team Collaboration (10%): Participate in onboarding sessions, customer calls, and regular team stand-ups. Serve as a go-to resource for data-driven recommendations and problem-solving.

Who You Are:

  • Naturally Curious & Motivated: You enjoy digging into data, questioning assumptions, and continuously learning.
  • Analytical & Business-Savvy: Comfortable with financial or operational analysis, plus at least one visualization or BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • People-Oriented: Ready to engage with clients and colleagues, able to translate technical insights into practical business strategies.
  • Independent & Proactive: Thrive in a smaller organization where you can manage multiple priorities, propose new ideas, and see them through to execution.

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by multiple factors such as skillset, experience, and location. The expected range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 annually, with up to a 25% quarterly bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
