Business analyst I (Hybrid/ San Diego) 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support both internal teams and external clients.
• Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data across multiple systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and contribute to ongoing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Who You Are

• Experienced with Power BI and SQL, with a strong focus on building reports and working with data.
• Comfortable working directly with business users and explaining insights in a clear, non-technical way.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and can work through requests with minimal direction.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $36.00 to $36.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
