Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering (5+ years of leading analytics teams).
• Strong experience with Excel, Power BI (or related) SQL, and data management tools. 
• Skilled at simplifying complex data for executive audiences and influencing business decisions.
• Trusted partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  
What you'll do:

• Lead and develop multiple business intelligence teams across corporate and brand functions.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks that drive insights and operational improvements.
• Advise senior leaders on trends, opportunities, and strategic actions based on analytics.
• Operationalize BI strategy to support performance, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Quarterly travel to locations across US.

What does this position pay?
 
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $200,000–$280,000 base per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
