Who You Are
• 2–4+ years of experience working with data systems, analytics tools, and cross-functional technical teams
• Strong SQL skills — comfortable extracting, validating, and manipulating large datasets
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms
• Understanding of ETL concepts and ability to support or lead ingestion workflows (Python familiarity is a plus)
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Collaborative, low-ego teammate who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical groups

What You’ll Do
• Extract, validate, and transform large volumes of data from internal systems using SQL
• Develop and support dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools
• Support or lead end-to-end data ingestion and ETL projects, coordinating across multiple teams
• Troubleshoot data issues, ensure accuracy, and help maintain data pipelines and internal reporting infrastructure
• Work across analytics, operations, and system teams to ensure timely distribution of data
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and overall system efficiency
