Chief of Staff:

What you’ll do:

• Provide logistical support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business. Participate in business unit scorecard and process reviews.
• Provide overall direction and support to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring major initiatives.
• Manage and interpret business performance data to help monitor and optimize business performance.
• Manage budget and expense planning.

Who you are:

• 7-10+ years experience in a similar position, partnering across multiple departmental lines.
• Someone with the appetite for high growth environments
• Ideally an MBA or deep business acumen.  
• Highly committed, open to coming into the office daily to build relationships and have a pulse on the business.
• Manufacturing or multi-unit experience.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000 per year + bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
