Clinical Project Manager, Phase 1 Oncology, East Coast

Clinical Project Manager – Remote (East Coast Required) – $45-$65/hr

Have deep expertise leading Phase I oncology clinical trials? This is a long-term 12-18 month contract opportunity with our client, an innovative clinical research organization, where you'll drive complex early-phase oncology studies from startup through completion while working remotely with high visibility and ownership.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of clinical project management experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• Direct experience managing Phase I oncology clinical trials is required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, China GCP, clinical trial operations, investigational product management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing study timelines, budgets, sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional clinical teams.
• Must reside on the East Coast and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead project startup activities including contract review, resource planning, team formation, investigator meetings, communication plans, and master operating plans (MOPs).
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, enrollment, investigational product planning, site activation, monitoring activities, sponsor communications, and project deliverables to ensure successful study execution.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP/China GCP requirements, and applicable regulations while maintaining data quality, inspection readiness, and trial master file integrity.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $45-$65 per hour.
