Collections Analyst | $28-31.25/hr | Hybrid | Contract to Hire

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field, preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial credit collections experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and proven history of organization problem-solving, and initiative

What You'll Do:

• Provide clear and timely communications to internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiate complex customer settlements and payment plans with the appropriate approval authority
• Identify and manage collection trends which delay collection and provide guidance in order to avoid bad debt loss

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $28 to $31.25 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
