Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
- 7-10+ years of experience working within mid-size to large companies; public accounting a huge plus and healthcare industry experience preferred
- Innovative and process improvement mindset to help the company scale
- Executive presence with self-starter mentality
- Excellent leadership skills to mentor and guide
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, financial reporting, and intercompany transactions
- Drive process improvements and automation to help scale the business
- Collaborate with the CFO and leadership team on financial strategy
- Supervise accounting team including Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, and Accountants

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset and experience level.
- The expected range for this role is $165,000 to $185,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
