Controller

We are working with a rapidly growing infrastructure investment firm, and they are looking for a sharp, self-motivated Controller to join their high-performing team.

If you're a go-getter with a strong foundation in both accounting and finance—and you're ready to step into a high-impact role with direct exposure to top leadership—this could be the challenge you’ve been looking for.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
• Prior experience in private equity, investment management, or infrastructure is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Lead and manage the month-end close, financial reporting, and audit processes
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare board and investor materials, and support strategic financial initiatives
• Help scale financial systems and processes as the firm continues to grow

What Does This Position Pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors including skillset, experience, and location.
• The expected range for this role is up to $180,000 per year, not including bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
