Controller – Dallas–Fort Worth (Fully Remote)

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO is a must-have) in a fast-paced, smaller-company environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning end-to-end accounting processes with limited resources
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and aligned with a mission-focused, high-feedback culture

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee cash management, banking activity, and weekly cash applications while managing revenue and deferred revenue accounting
  • Lead the month-end close process, reviewing work prepared by the Accounting Manager and Staff Accountant and producing financial statements
  • Support annual budgeting, financial analysis, quarterly board reporting, and bonus calculations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and oversee benefits-related accounting items such as 401(k) disbursements

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $120,000–$140,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
