Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA preferred.
- 6-8+ years of accounting experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills with experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop the accounting team, including hiring, training, performance management, and maintaining department policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, month-end close, reconciliations, tax filings, and audit support.
- Prepare and review monthly financial packages, executive summaries, financial statements, and management reporting.
- Partner with operations leadership on budgeting, financial analysis, cost controls, business planning, and owner presentations.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
