Corporate Controller:

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
  • Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating benchmarks, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to national and local legal standards while remaining knowledgeable of proposed legislation
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity

Who you are:

  • Must have 3 – 5 years of experience as a Controller
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Construction is required
  • In-depth understanding of Excel and major ERP systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
