We're partnering with a fast-growing company in Houston looking to bring on a Corporate Controller. What you'll do:

• Lead corporate accounting, financial planning, and reporting for company-wide cost elements and corporate functions, partnering closely with senior executives.
• Oversee general accounting, pensions, FX accounting, intercompany, employee benefits, executive compensation, hedging, and global reporting
• Maintain a strong internal controls environment
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of accounting and planning professionals.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• CPA highly preferred 
• 10+ years of progressive corporate/operational accounting experience (not a fit for candidates transitioning directly from Big 4 without corporate/operational experience).
• Public company experience required, with proven people management experience.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $200,000 to $220,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
