What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate the claims testing of our novel cosmetic ingredients and finished products with internal and external vendors to substantiate product claims. 
• Communicate results of testing data and understand what product claims can be made.
• Act as an SME for outside partners to make testing decisions and troubleshoot problems. 
• Support product release. 

Who you are:

• BS degree, M.S., or a PhD, in a clinical science, bioinstrumentation, clinical research, or biological sciences. 
• 3+ Years experience in clinical characterization of formulated skincare products (experience with clinical characterization of ingredients is beneficial). 
• Experience working with products such as cosmetics, homecare, dermal pharmaceutical products, or fragrance with a specific focus on skin chemistry is required.
• Must have a deep understanding of skin chemistry and physiology as well as strong communication skills.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
