What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of customer inquiries and orders.
- Utilize Power BI and Excel to track performance, analyze trends, and improve workflows.
- Strengthen relationships with high-profile clients by anticipating and meeting their needs.
- Oversee order fulfillment accuracy and data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM).
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of customer service experience, with leadership in a high-end service industry.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Experience tracking KPIs and optimizing customer service operations.
- Proficient in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau/Domo) and Excel for reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (ERP).

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
