Data & Integration Architect – The Woodlands, TX – $145,000–$170,000 Base
 
Are you excited by the idea of owning data and integration architecture in a modern Microsoft ecosystem? This is an opportunity to join a large, self-funded real estate and development organization known for building and operating master?planned communities across the U.S., offering stability, long-term growth, and hands-on technical ownership.
 
Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience in data, BI, or integration engineering/architecture roles with strong hands-on development skills
• Deep experience with Dynamics 365 and reporting/integration patterns supporting ERP environments
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and the Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Experience building integrations using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate, with excellent communication skills for internal stakeholders
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

 
What you’ll do:

• Serve as the technical lead for BI and integration developers, owning reporting, data pipelines, and system integrations
• Design, build, and support Microsoft Fabric solutions including data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse models, and dashboards
• Lead Power BI reporting efforts and support ERP migration from a legacy system to Dynamics 365, partnering closely with an external vendor
• Establish data governance, integration standards, and best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $145,000–$170,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
