Sr. Data Engineer

Sr. Data Engineer – The Woodlands, TX – $145,000–$165,000 Base

Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence with strong hands-on development skills
• Strong expertise in designing and governing Power BI solutions, using DAX, and creating data pipelines
• Experience creating and managing Fabric data pipelines or using Azure Data Factory
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering, transformation, automation, and integration tooling with Fabric/ADF
• Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field, as well as experience with Dynamics 365 integration/migration/reporting.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

 
What you’ll do:

• Serve as the technical lead for BI and integration developers, owning reporting, data pipelines, and system integrations
• Design, build, and support Microsoft Fabric solutions, including data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse models, and dashboards
• Lead Power BI reporting efforts and support ERP migration from a legacy system to Dynamics 365, partnering closely with an external vendor
• Establish data governance, integration standards, and best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $145,000–$165,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
