Data Product Manager Lead

Data Product Manager Lead (Genomics) – Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid), $200,000–$250,000 per year
Are you excited about building data products that directly accelerate drug discovery? Our client, an innovative nonprofit life sciences research organization, is transforming one of the world’s largest genetics datasets into enterprise grade products used by pharma and biotech partners.

Who you are:

• 8+ years of product management experience leading complex data or analytics products from idea through launch
• Proven leader with experience setting product strategy, managing roadmaps, and driving cross-functional teams
• Strong fluency in data, analytics, and enterprise software platforms
• Scientifically literate in genetics or drug discovery workflows; GWAS experience strongly preferred
• Experienced working with enterprise B2B healthcare or life sciences customers

What you’ll do:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for genomics-driven enterprise data products
• Translate genetics research and discovery workflows into scalable, customer ready platforms
• Partner closely with scientists, engineers, and business leaders to prioritize what gets built and why
• Establish success metrics, evaluate impact, and make data-driven tradeoff decisions
• Communicate product value to pharma and biotech customers and incorporate feedback into future iterations

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $200,000–$250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
